Former New Jersey Republican Gov. Chris Christie will reportedly drop out of the Republican primary contest.
Citing “a source familiar with his plans,” CNN reported that he will make the announcement at a Windham, N.H. event.
He currently polls in fifth place, with 3.5% in the RealClearPolitics polling average. He commands an average 12.0% in New Hampshire.
Throughout his campaign, Christie has largely criticized former President Donald Trump.
