Vivek Ramaswamy Joins Elon Musk, David Sacks on X Spaces in Discussing How the Israel-Hamas Conflict Could Lead to WWIII

GOP presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy, X owner Elon Musk, and venture capitalist David Sacks hosted a discussion on X Spaces surrounding the current conflict in Israel and if the world is marching towards WWIII.

Kicking off the conversation, Musk, citing his close ties to the intelligence department, said U.S. officials are saying the conflict in the Middle East continues “getting worse, not better.”

As a presidential candidate, Ramaswamy said he’s “seeing a lot of fear in candidates in their willingness to confront the reality we’re facing,” amid Israel’s imminent ground invasion in Gaza, which, as Ramaswamy believes, could lead to WWIII as Israel would be vulnerable to an attack from Hezbollah from the north.

If Hezbollah were to attack Israel, Ramaswmay said, it would be highly likely the U.S. would be forced to get involved, which would then agitate Iran. In addition, Ramaswamy said with the U.S. potentially tied up in a regional conflict, other nations could take advantage of the situation to advance their own operations – such as China’s conflict with Taiwan – which would start WWIII.

Ramaswamy said both Democrats and Republican presidential candidates have “reluctance or refusal to answer” such questions.

The presidential hopeful made similar comments on episode 31 of “Tucker on X” last week, as he said he thinks it is reasonable to question what response would produce the best result for the U.S. and Israel.

Discussing Israel’s imminent ground invasion into Gaza, Ramaswamy said the nation must lay out a list of “clearly defined objectives,” or it would start “another no-win war that is not good for Israel and not good for the United States.”

During Monday’s discussion on X Spaces, Ramaswamy reiterated his belief that Congress should debate more aid to Ukraine and Israel “separately” amid President Joe Biden’s lump aid package proposal for both nations.
