Four Minnesota Legislators Sign Letter Asking for 2020 Forensic Election Audit of All 50 States

Four Minnesota legislators signed a letter asking for a forensic audit of the 2020 election in all 50 states. The letter has been signed by 138 legislators within 38 states. The Minnesota legislators who signed the letter include State Senator Bruce Anderson (R-Buffalo Township), Representative Glenn Gruenhagen (R-Glencoe), Representative Erik Mortensen (R-Shakopee), and Representative John Poston (R-Lake Shore).

The legislators addressed the memo to the American people, saying that it is in their best interests that an audit be conducted to preserve election integrity.

The letter, written October 15, says that due to the results of the Arizona audit, they believe that the “representative republic suffered a corrupted 2020 election.” It shares that “sworn affidavits have accumulated from many states detailing rampant corruption and mismanagement in the election process.”

It states that the signers have “come to the conclusion that all 50 states need to be forensically audited.” They also ask that “voter rolls be scrubbed with a canvass of the voters to ensure future integrity of our elections.”

They go on to conclude that if it is proven that fraud occurred on a wide scale across the United States, they believe that “the certification of many electors was improperly rendered in January 2021.”

The legislators called upon “each state to decertify its electors where it has been shown that the elections were certified prematurely and inaccurately.”

They ask that if the results of the full forensic audit would show that President Joe Biden would receive less than 270 electoral votes needed to win the election or if President Donald Trump received more than the 270 needed to win the election, the U.S. House of Representatives “convene and vote per the U.S. Constitution.”

Other states whose legislators signed on included states where election fraud has been widely discussed, such as Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania.
