Human Events Media Group announced Tuesday that it has acquired Canadian-based conservative media outlet The Post Millennial, according to a press release. 

“I am thrilled with the incredibly deep and diverse platform this combination creates,” said financier Jeff Webb, who brokered the deal. “Our talent lineup is second to none. This is a new media powerhouse that will constructively influence the political dialogue in this country while simultaneously challenging some of the largest, most-established publications. We are positioned to grow, and to grow fast.”

As a very young man, I was fortunate enough to start my own company out of my apartment using a small amount of investment capital from friends and family. Over time, that business grew to have over 6,000 employees and revenues in excess of $2 billion.
